What moves your price
A few things tug the total either direction, and each one is locked into your written figure before the day, so nothing jumps out at you mid-move:
- The second floor. Bringing a load down from the upper floor of a two-story tract home off Main or Empire is the heaviest factor of the lot; every flight adds real minutes, and a Delta dock home with its own access quirks runs a meter besides.
