East Bay communities we serve
Our base is Oakley, but the trucks range across the whole East Contra Costa corridor, down into the Delta, and over the hills for the high-rise jobs. We did not pick these places off a map at random — this is the ground we grew up on. Hector’s home is in Oakley and Ramon’s is in Brentwood, and the crews have spent years learning these staircases firsthand. Every pocket of the region poses its own riddle: the turning staircases inside the two-story stucco tract homes, the gated and HOA subdivisions each running a different move-in window, the Delta dock homes parked at the end of a levee road, and the towers in Walnut Creek and Concord where a COI and a freight-elevator slot set the rhythm of the entire day.
Where our crews work
- Oakley — two-story tract homes and the older Main Street neighborhoods, our backyard
- Brentwood — gated subdivisions and HOA communities, where Ramon lives
- Antioch — hillside tract homes and the older stretches near the river
- Discovery Bay — waterfront and dock homes along the levee roads
- Bethel Island — Delta cottages and dock-side places out past the bridge
- Pittsburg & Bay Point — older bungalows and newer subdivisions off Highway 4
- Walnut Creek & Concord — Bay high-rises and condos with COI and dock windows
- The wider East Bay — reachable down I-680 and I-80 for the larger jobs
It makes no difference which community you’re packing up or settling into; the deal stays the same — our own crew, a price in writing, and the gate, the dock, and the parking all sorted before the truck arrives.
