Apartment and high-rise moving
Two things make or break an East Bay apartment or condo move: somewhere for the truck to sit and the building’s paperwork handled ahead of time. Both get squared away before our crew turns up. We file the Walnut Creek tower’s Certificate of Insurance, reserve the freight-elevator slot, and confirm loading-zone access, which lets the day go to moving rather than a face-off at the front desk. Your flat rate, meanwhile, sits on paper in your hand well before anyone lifts the first box out of the unit.
Buildings on our rotation
Pick a week and it’ll run through the Walnut Creek and Concord high-rises that stop a crew at the lobby without a COI, the newer complexes by the Pittsburg and Antioch BART stations, the gated condo communities off Lone Tree Way, the second- and third-floor walk-ups around Oakley and Brentwood, and the loft-style units near the downtown corridors. Reserved elevator windows turn up at those towers about as often. Marisol takes care of filing the COI while Brenda nails down the elevator time, which keeps the crew off a lobby bench waiting to get in.
What the flat rate buys
Truck, fuel, blankets, dollies, straps, and a wrap on each piece are all sitting inside the rate already. Anything that has to come apart does so as we load and goes back together inside the new unit. An apartment can run flat-band or hourly at $145/hr for two movers against a three-hour minimum; we draw up both figures and the lower one is what you pay.

Parking and gates
Gated lots and pinched loading zones run from the complexes straight into the Bay towers, so Diego shapes the day around Highway 4, whatever the gate hours permit, and the loading-dock rules at your building’s entrance. That way the truck gets a real spot to sit, instead of circling the lot while the elevator slot you reserved quietly runs out.
